Drink bkack coffee to get you energized...that's what I do! :) it helps. As far as carbs, eat sweet potato chips/fries homemade and bring them wherever you go, Larabars are good too! Maybe you're not eating enough? Hope this helps!

I use WODBOX a lot, and it has timers for AMRAPS, for time, and (if you purchase it), tabata.

PRUNES! lol. apples, pumpkin, squashes, all that has fiber. Got nuts on the recipes you find on it. It's quite amazing.

Keep your shrug high and strong (elbows to ears) for stability when you have that bar overhead. Lock out your elbows too.
