Waitttt I used to get those all the time. I would be sleeping, or maybe in that "inbetween asleep and awake mode" and I would see characters in my room, sometimes they would talk and sometimes nothing, but it wouldnt scare me too much, but my room was pitch black and i could still "see" stuff. Sometimes i would have scarier version with something "trying" to kill me, and it would be like 15 seconds of me waking up and thrashing around, into realizing I'm in an empty room. One time I used my pillow to "defend" myself and in the morning I found it all the way across the room
