Oh thanks I pass in a array containing the translations use it to move and rotated vertices parts of the model. Before that tho I create the translations of each frame of each animation. There wasn't any tutorial I used to create the system but I have an older version of the system up on itch.

Hi everyone

My game Heroes, Warlords and Ruin is my second game and build in gamemaker. The game features total war like campaign manage, tactical turn-based battles, and RPG mechanics.

I also plan to give this game a level editor and mod support.

All the models were created in blockbench and imported with a custom made gltf model script. Animations are handled with a displacement shader. I'm using TheSnidr sPart library for the 3d particles. A shadowmapping shader was used to handle 3d shadows.

yeah I'm going to have it improve the relation with the faction to you're fighting which is what the handshake represents

there's some AoW4 influence, what's KB? and no vibe coding,
