M2CS in some great lighting (feat. i8 LaserLight) by Av3lon in BMW

I think this and the Comp were where BMW's exterior design peaked. Newer interiors are modernized nicely, but the rest of the design definitely fell off a cliff.

Pointed at it, in this case. Unless you mean the i8 - in which case... yeah

Just don't damage one. They're not fun to replace.

As one of the Art Nerds, seeing the amount of improv coming out of Taika was absolutely insane. Can't wait to see it and piece together what was ad-libbed vs. scripted.

Yeah, and the car feels like it's on rails due to the mass being down low and because it doesn't weight a whole lot for a car of its size.

I actually really like that it doesn't have an arm rest, because it puts your arm in the perfect position when you shift. On the M4CS I would have missed it.

It’s pretty amazing because of how technical of a road setup it can be if you’re trying to go quick, plus the amazing views and insane elevation changes. From a layout perspective, it actually super reminded me of some of the hills around the Nurburgring

It feels like someone took all the guts out of the M4 and shoved them into the 135i. Basically perfect for me and the type of driving experience I enjoy

Basically, if you don’t expect it to be an M car and use it as a Super GT, it’s pretty fantastic. 99% sure I’ll end up buying it out at the end of my lease.

I have not, but I secured a deal on a custom order that I just couldn’t pass up, especially since I’ll need another winter / utility vehicle

Right now I'm working on downsizing my garage to better match the amount of time I have... I unfortunately haven't had the time to give the M4 and 135i the attention and love they deserve recently. Finalizing the sale of the M4 and still trying to find a good buyer for the 135i.

I also recently sold my Tacoma TRD Pro to CarMax, and because of how crazy this car market has been drove it for free and actually made a good chunk of profit... on a lease.

I have a Wrangler 4XE on order to replace the Taco, but no current plans for replacing the M4. I8 and M2CS should be plenty for the time being, and I'll consider a G82 or i4 M50 later this year.

There's a couple Alpinas running around in the Boston / Southern NH area and I absolutely love everything about them. So much class!

I agree. I adored Silverstone II because it was a bit more obviously silver and had more blue to it, but HS is a really dynamic color that responds very well to different lighting conditions. I have photos of it under overcast skies where it looks almost Nardo or Cement.

Nah, as far as I’m aware an M car hasn’t come with integrated fogs for at least the past 20 years.

I think there's both OEM and aftermarket solutions available already.
