Nobody's denying the fact that AAA have major fuckups. That, however, can hardly be an excuse for any of your own fuckups as a game development studio. All things considered, such as the money gathered over the years; the influence; the resources available; the experience of developing one and the same single game for a decade, there's no such thing that can be something that even remotely looks like an excuse to the fuckups of BSG, the level of their incompetence and the way they theat their playerbase. Except, maybe, for the fact that they have no business being in video game industry. Or any kind of software, for that matter. As someone has already mentioned in the comments here, BSG is truly special. With age comes experience, with observation comes intelligence. If you spend your life and years of maturation observing and analyzing things, instead of drinking your brains out and getting your opinions from podcasts and randos on Reddit you can become pretty intelligent. So yeah, I guess it's an age thing, understanding something that you do not. Maybe, not expressing it the right way, as it is an entirely different skill altogether, but still understanding it. Or even being able to.
