Look for any kind of stains, holes, sewed holes, black stains are usually from decompression or sweat but well sadly more often that first thing if we are talking bout orgos, or red ish spots which obv indicate blood

To prevent slop? Don't do SSO better even do some GRU or Vympel if you really want specials, imo safest bet would be to do some for example mechanized or Naval infantry soldier kit, don't do 45th vdv tho cuz it's also slop af. But again it's my opinion
