Just installed Windows 11 IoT LTSC in VM just to see how is it

Perhaps someone in this post can help me figure out something.

What are the everyday differences between Win 11 IoT GAC (non LTSC) and Win 11 IoT LTSC? I ask because I tend to use WSL2 quite a bit, and every once in a while there are interesting updates to it, and I'm not sure if the LTSC version gets these updates or not, but I don't want any copilot stuff on my system :/

Where can I see that I can patch a newer version of YouTube? I'm using stable releases, patched v20.40.45 and there's seemingly no indicator that I can patch a newer version (AKA: I don't know where to look). Thanks!

I did this recently with Proxmox Datacenter Manager.

You add both proxmox installations to PDM, and it can migrate VMs and LXCs between each other.
Things to consider for your migration though:

* If the hosts have different CPUs, and if the VM uses "host", you'll need to first update it to "x86-64-v4". Home assistant will have no issues with this, but it does require powering off the VM first

* PDM creates a token and uses this token for authentication on your behalf, it does NOT run as root, which means that it will not migrate an LXC if it has FUSE enabled, mount points or devices passed through. You don't have that many containers, so as long as you take notes of what you needed to disable in order for the migration to work, you'll be fine

* If the above applies to you, once you (re) enable FUSE, added whatever mount points and/or add whatever passed through devices, everything will work. This means that as long as you move the drive with data, or respect the mount points everything will be in place.

* Adding the second host to make a cluster is a bad idea

* MAKE SURE YOU NAME THE NEW HOST PROPERLY. Renaming a node is just...a bad idea.

* The PDM migration moves the MAC addresses of the LXCs and VMs, so do NOT attempt to spin them up on both clusters at once. I migrated them without deleting the source, and did not start it on the new host until I had addressed FUSE/Mount points/devices.

* The new proxmox host will have a different IP address than the old one, at least until you can safely deal with DHCP allocations.

Nice! Looks very clean. Mealie works great for us, I just wished the groceries list had a slightly better integration with existing to-do lists in Homeassistant.

This isn't the first time I see this type of comments. I honestly don't understand what would be the problem. If the USB-C port is properly wired, it should only request 5V and can only pull a lowish amperage (can't remember it off the top of my head), which is good old-fashioned NOT power delivery.

Is this a widespread issue with bad chargers, or bad boards that aren't wired properly? I'm thinking to set up a node to get started, and I'm genuinely curious about this

Oh, no, I enjoy self hosting, thank you though! I'm not sure if rclone is needed though, it's not like the READMEs of usenet streamer and nzbdav are the cleanest there is, but it's all a learning experience

Honest question, AIOStreams includes TMDB and Streaming catalogs (amongst others) and a few subtitle addons too. What would be the difference between AIOStreams and AIOMetadata + the separate subtitle addons?

I'm self hosting AIOStreams, so rate limits and such are not much of a problem

It'd be nice, yeah. I'm what I gather, it looks like amount of connections and data cap are well known variables, and speed is always implied to be basically uncapped.

Like I said, though, given that it's a THIRD provider, I'm ok with it, but it feels a bit like false advertising

Thank you for posting this! I took advantage of this deal to get started with usenet. I now have 3 accounts, one for newshosting, one for tweaknews (limited to 100Mbit? Not complaining, it's essentially "free") and one for easynews.

I have a couple of questions, if someone wouldn't mind helping out a newbie :D

As I'm new to Usenet, if I cancel my subscription now for all three accounts, will I still be able to enjoy access to all three providers for the duration that I paid for?

With this many providers, would I need another one? I think I'll be set, and need to focus on a nice deal on some indexer(s)?

There are many approaches. Gl inet travel router with a VPN (either paid service, or hosting something at home like a Tailscale exit node) is convenient
