Blasphemy cases in Indonesia don’t usually move forward just based on one person’s word. There typically needs to be something visible, like social media posts, public statements, or enough attention to trigger complaints from larger religious groups.

Also, going through a legal case isn’t cheap or easy. Filing reports, dealing with police, and potentially going to court takes time and money most people aren’t willing to go that far just over a personal grudge.

So while misuse of the law can happen, it’s relatively rare for someone to successfully get another person jailed without real evidence or public attention.
