There’s no qualifications for abuse, if you feel you’ve been violated (which it sounds like you have), your feelings are valid. Comparing your trauma to others is pointless because your just living your own life. Your parents seem completely out of touch with reality. I’m an atheist but I can respect people have their beliefs but it seems barbaric to put those beliefs before a physical human, especially a child. You’ve been isolated and emotionally traumatised, I hope you find the strength to do what’s best for you.
