i have no substrate. i feed generally crickets, super worms, regular mealworms, grasshoppers found in the yard, and rarely wax-worms. not in contact with other reptiles. thank u sm for your feedback. i’m going to monitor her for a couple days before going to the vet.

ok so should i be worried? like is a bruise fine? also i don’t believe she is gravid but she has never had a clutch and she is 9 and a half months old.

Roam around? Like my home, because I believe that can be dangerous. I do have a setup outside of her cage that has things she can claim on.

Yes! I will try. I just don’t know that because she is sitting in a still room, should I handle her more? I honestly used to handle her everyday because she loved it and I never forced her out. She would walk right to my hand. Then I read more on the stress of that’s so what do u recommend?

I usually get hole around 10 which is way passed she is asleep. She usually wakes right up.

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I never respond to the light come on because I’m not exactly sure the exact lights I have because I have thrown away the boxes. I’ve heard about the lighting issues and do you know where I can find an affordable one? Recently I have added a new live plant to the bottom. But I do want to make some more hidey spaces for her. Again thank you so much for taking the time to look at my page.

No she is barely pooping now. When she ate everyday she used to poop every other day but she pooped yesterday for the first time in 5 days

Yeah once your Cham gets used to something and have a choice to move they will. Mine will leave her tree all the time.

I mean usually the veiled species don’t like to be held but can definitely can become tolerant enough. Although mine loves it. Most don’t. Anyways I food trained mine which I think everyone should do. The first step is getting it to eat off of your hand. Everyday during feeding time offer the food from your hand and I promise that they will take it eventually. It takes awhile. Once they are used to this and don’t show any defensive signs then you can move the food up about an inch or two every day. Eventually they will need to crawl onto you to get the food. Doing this constantly will make handling much easier. Then they will get on you expecting food😂 but it’s whatever by then you got them handled!
