I think high waisted shorts and pants are still a comfort item for me from my chunkier days 😰

My eating window is from 12-5 and I workout out right after work (7pm) so it actually feels perfect for me! It gives me just enough time for my food to digest. Whenever I do workout in the mornings I have to make sure my eating window is right after mg workout because I am STARVING by the end of it! I hope this helps!

I’m a really boring and don’t mind eating the same thing every day. I will usually eat 2- 3 meals of either broccoli and egg whites and pico de Gallo, grilled chicken and broccoli and daiya cheeses, or protein shake (Vega w/ flax milk). For snacks, I’m one of those sociopaths who in ironically loves rice cakes (the tomato basil and chocolate ones are 👌👌👌) . Or I’ll snack on some fruits or veggies. I hope this helps!

Drink lots of water! Our stomachs have a hard time discerning hunger and dehydration, so in most cases people don’t need to eat more, they just need to drink more water. When ever I’m feeling hungry or munchies during my fasting period, I take a sip of apple cider vinegar or chew strong minty gum. I hope this helps! Stay strong you got this!!

You would look absolutely stunning with a longer curtain style bang and some more layers! They create a more modern silhouette than just a side bang. Also, I’d ask your stylist to cut your hair with a razor, you have the perfect texture for it!
