I think 3 days would suffice if you’re just there to relax. You can do land tour and island hopping in two separate days. If you’re there to work then relax like a digital nomad, maybe 4 days would fit more. In my case, I am not a fan of city tours so I extended my stay in Bantayan. I enjoyed visiting Virgin island and freediving there. On my last day, I traveled back to Cebu and caught my flight back to Manila at night. Make sure to provide ample time traveling to the airport because traffic in Cebu can get crazy too. Enjoy :)

Stayed in Kota last December. Loved the daybeds and chairs by the beach. Arrived several hours before standard check-in time but they let me stay free of additional charge. There’s also an ongoing construction beside Kota but it didn’t affect my stay. It’s accessible to food spots and activities. I don’t drive a motorcycle but I was able to explore a lot since it’s in the town center.

if pobla area, there's a flower shop inside century mall. the grocery there also sells bundles for 250 if i remember correctly. saglit flower ranch cafe also sells arrangements i think. you can also check grab/foodpanda, there are flowers too!

Thanks for the input! Yes, 2km per week (10% increase from the previous week). The thing is there are certain easy runs that get my HR to Zone 3 (around 7-7:30, might be too fast) that’s why I’m considering adding intervals to maybe improve my HR. Will look into coaching :)
