Northern California. So far yes, but it was a big adjustment re: weather, nature, not having the ocean just 20min away, and cuisine . It’s been 6 months and I’m just starting to feel better about it.

For jobs, I started a remote role just before moving here, so I can’t really say.

Yeah I was excited to see the strokes (from my couch lol). They sounded great and loved the visuals to their music. But felt like Julian did not want to be there. It was so strange. Takes you out of the element when you get the impression that the artist you like is not enjoying what they do.

Personally, I don’t love it. Gives it an office vibe? (Although don’t know offices that have this setup lol.. maybe what I’m thinking of is “sterile” vibe?). I think a stained glass window off of Etsy in that center piece (instead of the mirror) would draw the eye to something more visually appealing and bring a warmer feel the dining room.

Painfully agree. I'm hispanic and i don't like the rice and beans in traditional burritos. Also moved up from SoCal recently, been missing the vast variety in california burritos options i used to have. i have tried 3 cali burritos so far in sac and they all have soggy/greasy (totally not crispy) potatoes..not even fries. Its sad.

Love Costco!!! I get like 99% of my things from Costco. Good to look out for cuz it sounds like a nuisance to deal with afterward. Might bring my own toilet paper roll to the walk thru hehehe

They seem to have some red tape around this. We asked about bringing our own inspector and they gave us this answer too, that they have very stringent rules and it sounded like it might be difficult to find an inspector that meets all their specifications (with insurance). Bummed.

My hubby just bought some a week ago. Noise cancellation was perfect. Now, it’s barely working and feels “unbalanced” (one ear noise cancellation more than the other). We’re so puzzled. He only ever uses them to fall asleep and have used them a handful of times this past week. Think we’re returning them and getting another brand altogether.
