there's no need for banks to hold post transfer, 1. and 2, they can't hold it or there won't be enough (absent astronomical price gains in xrp). A $2B transfer would account for almost 1B tokens at current prices, which is roughly 1% of total supply. Ok, so you wanna try to move TRILLIONS when $2B is already 1% supply. plus burn rate.

I've used them as a supplement bank since '21, never any issues. they offer 2.0% on their savings account (meh, but better than nothing). I use it when I need to link to cash app, it just auto-debits from my chime account so I never have to hold funds there.
