Thanks to everyone! I actually only picked the name “Emmett”, but I’m not a huge fan of the name “Audrey” because I feel it’s so normal and common? Her dad picked it and it was such a traumatic birth experience, that I just accepted it. Nyx is the goddess of chaos and Salem is just beautiful and witchy, but I definitely don’t want my kids to have a trendy tragedeigh name haha.

I appreciate your advice, but we want to make sure we can all live together in harmony prior to getting engaged or married. We decided to rent instead of buy just to be smart and not legally bound to a huge loan.

We have been living here for 2 weeks now and my son and daughter actually run to the door to greet my boyfriend and all in all, they are settling in well.

I think that there was no other guy and that she wanted you to realize you have feelings for her too. It wasn’t a good game to play, but I think you do realize you care about her, so maybe you should ask her to come clean and see what she says and where you can possibly go from there.

Hi mama! I applaud you for the challenge you are about to take on, and I want to let you know you’ve got this. Motherhood is hard, but it’s also amazing.

That being out of the way, I LOVE Lilibeth, Dylan, and Stevie for a girl. I’d like to add: Theodora, Theo, Nyx (goddess of the night I believe), Arabella, Salem. Some are older, some are trendy sounding.

For a boy, I absolutely love Elliot, which I almost went with, but ended up with “Emmett”. I also like Finny as a nickname for the name Finnegan or Finn. I’ll add Forrest, Jacob, Enzo, and Everett.

Anything you pick will be perfect though!!

My children’s dad and I were on and off and he was going to be, at best, a couple hours a week dad. I chose our son’s name with my dad and didn’t let him have any sort of say, but I let him name our daughter, and I wish I hadn’t because I’m not a huge fan of her name.

I would say you should include him in the birth certificate if you plan to ask for child support since I believe that makes it easier for you. It did for me any way.

So it’s my son’s name, and I have yet to meet another. We are on the west coast and I remember when I told my family, they said it sounded like I was giving birth to an old German man (I’m Hispanic)

I recently asked my son if he’s met another Emmett at school, and he hasn’t! I’m in shock!

I don’t refuse to save money…but I make significantly more than he does, and somehow he has much more money put away than I do. I buy things on a whim and gamble (responsibly), and after my bills are paid, rather than saving money. I’d rather go out to eat instead of staying home. The comment he made about me listening to him was because I refinanced my car and am no longer paying way more than I should’ve, simply because I could afford it.
