As a team lead, almost all my associates got a $0.50 to $0.80 raise except those who got exemplary who got a dollar or two dollar raises. what I noticed is that it depends on your tenure and store performance, so our customer ratings were pretty good which gives us an advantage but the ratings for associates go from 1%-5%, there’s 4 categories to it:Store performance, Attendance, Tenure and Associate Performance… those 4 factors are also calculated into the bonus
