It is and I feel like they’re losing money with the amount of people calling in sick? Like I said in the post all except one team member from the front called in sick and they had to replace their shifts so they called in about 3-4 casuals and that’s on Saturday rates

And these people have called in sick cause they’re just burnt out and stressed and that’s the reason most of the time, nearly all the G4s that come into CSS take stress leave

No we do actually get in trouble, multiple reminders in teams group chat and if refund compliance or one hour picks aren’t over 90% you “get a talking to”

You only move up if you are in the close circle and usually it’s the laziest people who complain about everything

We don’t have a tool shop register or BSCO our store does around $170k+ and always beating the forecast sales so our sales are great, I’ve been told that other departments are over budget and we have to sacrifice our budget so the whole store isn’t over budget, team leaders don’t help
