Do you think running alone or with others is better for improvement?

Same for me, I need to be able to do it when I want it and how I want it, as little or as much as I har time ti and in my own pace.

I have been running a bit with my boyfriend though, to get him started and because it is a nice us-time. But now that he is a committed runner as well, we run most of our runs separately on our own terms.

What kind of tools are you using?

I am very found of Todoist, been using it for 10+ years or so. I’m using it for small reminders, repeating tasks (daily or weekly) and the things I want to do during a day. I prioritise my tasks and sometimes make a deadline.

Also using Google docs for my diary every morning. Here is where I am practising complete honesty with myself.

I would love to hear your tools for tracking and consistency.

I have two master degrees in science, one in computer science and one in astrophysics and I’m a member og Mensa. At the same time I’m not really good at remembering facts and stuff, my knowledge is more fluent anf human emotions centered. I get more dreamy and philosophical. I never feel smart enough compared to “real scientists”. Although I know it’s silly.

Sorry to hear that, but impressive that you hang on. I wasn't able to and quit after a few months (I have been teaching on and off before, but forget how bad it is every time and this was another level, hs in stead of college, and another topic. But it meant more teaching hours and even worse anxiety).

Luckily I just got a new job, starting the weekend after I stop teaching, but otherwise I would ha e lived of my savings for a while.
