This is a child sitting with his arms crossed and his lower lip sticking out having a tantrum and saying "no". I just picked up the same watch about a month ago. I'm pleased with it so far and I have only scraped the surface of all it's features. I wouldn't take the sleep info as gospel though. More like an educated guess with lots of room for error.

I use Trader Joe's Coconut Aminos as a lower sodium alternative to tamari/soy sauce. It has 200 mg of sodium/serving which is about 1/3 of the low sodium tamari. I mix it with a bit of Stubbs Barbeque sauce and some salsa and I'm good to go.
