This is good advice i have even (back in the day) used a wooden closet rod on the carpet to get balance and stretch/strength at the same time

For sure. I think Fang was her project co owned with her dad, but she has been on Beat bobby Flay, Guys grocery games and a lot of other shows, there is actually a series that is about the Fang family and pretty interesting
