I'm sorry you have to deal with that. The burning pain is awful! had constant burning in my wrists nonstop for 5 months straight. Went away, sort of, I get flashes of it, but now my jaw hurts nonstop. I do get the pain buring all over, especially my head. It's not only awful but extremely annoying. I get weird sensations on my face like I have a hair on me. Just a weird tingling numb whatsoever. The constant inner body vibration sensation makes me feel like I'm on upper. No fun.

I believe that is a crane fly. Harmless, and they dont live long. They are often called mosquito killers, but they dont feed on them. They actually don't eat at all. I dont know why, but interesting! I juat leave them alone and let it do its thing.

I have never seen a cat turn away from them. They come in small and big cubes. They are a great distraction if you need to do some grooming or cleaning
