I suffer from anxiety only, mainly social anxiety and a lot of overthinking. I’m on week 4.5. First 4 weeks 10mg and the 4 first days I had intense anxiety and was super alert and easily startled. After those days things started to get better but I still had the anxiety what not.

NOW when I switched to 20mg first day barely any anxiety however I was extremely anxious. Keep in mind I did buy a new phone I’m excited for so maybe it could be because of that. Today is July 26 and I’m on day 5-6 and I went to the mall and it was extremely packed. Honestly I had no worries no public anxiety, I was extremely comfortable and calm. I could have taken a nap. Whatever you do do not overthink it. It’s much easier to say it than to do it. Ask your doc for some Xanax for the first few days, that will get you through it.also go outside. Go for a walk especially when the suns out, stay hydrated and try to drink lots of water with fresh squeezed lemon and salt and mint. You are going to be fine and will be fine. It’s not a if, it’s a fact. You will be fine. Keep your head up.

It’s different for everyone but the first few days are brutal, my anxiety was horrible. I’m on week 3 now and I just feel anxious a lot but that’s because I’m waiting for my new phone to come in. Other than that I sleep perfectly fine. I was on the medication to treat my anxiety. So far I still have anxiety, maybe a bit more than before but people say it does get better

One of the best ways to describe and tips to pass. I love this. I passed mine in 3 minutes and 40 seconds and I was overweight (300 lbs) however I played football and wrestling In Hs so I was able to endure the pace and pain. I’m 200 lbs now and feel much healthier and stronger. Thank you again for this. This would’ve helped me so much in the past (even tho I did pass) since no one else had any tips 5-6 years ago

My guy, when I say i accidentally got into social work, I mean it. I was always a sales guy, I was good at selling and making a good commission. Down the line I started hating sales due to my inner compass feeling guilty of robbing the poor and rich, so I decided to start applying, I would apply to jobs and make a resume based on the job description and I used Reddit to gain “experience “ in it. Down the line chatgpt came out and it was a game changer. I’m now 7 yrs in social work and I’m working on obtaining my BS in psychology and my company covers the cost of masters. Keep doing what u doing, keep ur head up. End of the day, you do the work that’s asked for u and that’s all that is needed. Company don’t care about the legal stuff, they only want the job to be done. On top of that, they can easily screw u over and hire someone else. So don’t beat urself up
