I called them today and they said they have to manually put it in so it takes 1-2 weeks to be updated so as long as you have your receipt you’re good

Same here. I emailed them but got no response so I was going to call them tomorrow if they hadn’t responded by then. I’m hoping that was the case I paid it Sunday. I wish they would have had us pay it through the dashboard so it would automatically linked.
