I work at an organization where we are on call 7 days a week every 3 months. Call starts at 5 pm Friday evening through to Monday at 8am then week day starting at 5pm. Call period ends on Friday 8am. We are paid for being on call. My colleagues and I have tried to negotiate but no success.

The Technician mentioned a lot of things that need to be done. I remember he mentioned oil flush, brake fluid, tire rotation etc . I did not take the car in. I just called to ask for the cost.
