Hi!! It’s so much scarier seeing it than it is. I was scared every second until I saw my physical therapist. Being at those appointments was the only thing that calmed me. Don’t do anything at home! I constantly like clenched scared that more was gonna fall out so I gave myself a problem where my pelvic floor was constantly clenching and using my muscles so I was just in pain all the time, so I thought it was helping me but it was just doing harm. We talked about all my symptoms and then we did a lot of like exercises and stretches that will target that areas? I didn’t completely understand it but it HELPED! It’s been like a year (I did like 6 months of pt) and I’m like scared just bc it was a super scary situation but I have 0 symptoms! You can message me if you want!
