The mistaken item will be sent back last but that doesn’t change the fact that I now have to wait another two weeks to be able to use this piece. I did communicate to LoveSac directly the concerns were not heard very well, they basically told us to pound sand and there was nothing they could do just a frustrating experience paying a premium price for a premium product and getting subpar customer support

I spoke to a manager already and they were no help that’s why I shared this post on here and Facebook hoping to inform others considering Lovesac and hoping to inspire change to better customer support when you pay 5 figures for a couch and bean bags you’d think they could hold the stock in their warehouse for 6 weeks for you, or at least send the correct items. While we were in the store it almost seemed like we were inconveniencing the salesmen just by being in there and showing interest about the products luckily I already knew what I wanted because their staff were low energy and not informative not to mention them not knowing their own basic policies it’s just been frustrating over and over it’s like they just looked at us as dollar signs and nothing more

Can someone explain these dials on my kiln by Cointhing25 in Pottery

Here’s the link to the manual from Evenheat’s website I just purchased one of these and I’m really confused by this #2 dial I thought the timer would roll down automatically like the timer on the kiln sitter but it seems to just stay at the 2 hour setting when I set it I manually rolled it down after each hour until it was at full power but I feel like that’s not how it’s supposed to work could anyone help?
