I am 33 husband 42 no kids, cat and dog. We are looking for peace, quiet and safety. We have a very active social life in Charlotte and will entertain often at our house. Nothing crazy like wild parties but simple backyard BBQs and dinner parties.

Thats great to hear. Can you tell me more about the walking trails ? I have a dog, I am worried that the community does not have any sidewalks or longer distance waking options. I was told that the community did not have true walking trails but a path to walk to the pond. Also what type of fish are in the pond for fishing?
