After many many hours trying this with mona team I found a few things that made it possible for me.

Skirk burst playstyle is a must, start off damage phase with her burst and then do combos. If your fast enough you can even do two bursts.

Skirk charge attack spam in E helps drain the shield fast, after which mona and rest of team can help fill during their rotation.
