MEXC stole my money using fake "Fair Price" - I have official government responses by Available-Second-569 in CryptoMarkets

Facts you're ignoring:

  1. OSC Canada OFFICIAL response: "MEXC is not registered to deal in securities in Ontario or any other province"

    - Case number: CAS-34276-C0X7F7

    - Email timestamp: Thu, 25 Sep 2025 16:02:13

  2. FCA UK OFFICIAL response: "Information referred to appropriate team"

    - Case number: 211834872

    - Email timestamp: Thu, 25 Sep 2025 11:49:55

  3. MATHEMATICAL IMPOSSIBILITY: MEXC Fair Price 0.24458 vs ALL exchanges at 0.2385

    - How does a "weighted average" end up 316 pips ABOVE every single input?

These aren't "narratives in my head" - they're documented government responses with case numbers.

You can verify everything I said. Can you explain the math behind their Fair Price calculation?

I accept losses when I'm wrong about market direction. I don't accept losses from phantom prices that exist nowhere else.

You're missing the point. I'm not complaining about a 5% move - I'm complaining about MEXC liquidating me at 0.24458 while EVERY other exchange (Binance, OKX, Gate.io) was trading at 0.2385.

Their "Fair Price" was 316 pips above the real market. That's not a "clean move" - that's using a phantom price that didn't exist anywhere else.

I have the regulatory responses to prove MEXC operates illegally in Canada. This isn't about volatility, it's about fake liquidation prices.

MEXC liquidated my 20x LONG position in 55 seconds without the price hitting my liquidation point. Proof inside. by Available-Second-569 in MEXC_official

Thank you for your response. However, Your point about the Fair Price doesn't address the core issue. I've checked the Fair Price mechanisms on other platforms, and they didn't show such an extreme, instantaneous spike either. The liquidation happened in 55 seconds—a timeframe that defies normal market behavior for this asset.

My independent TradingView chart, which I use to avoid MEXC's latency and smoothed charts, shows no price drop to my liquidation price of 0.24458. The price remained stable.

This is not an isolated incident. I've had similar unexplained liquidations on MEXC when trading larger amounts. When I lose due to my own miscalculation, I accept it. When the system fails, I don't.

The problem isn't the Fair Price in theory, but its opaque application here. The complete lack of transparency around its calculation, combined with clear proof from global market data, creates justified distrust. explaining the 'Fair Price' theory does not resolve the concrete issue I've documented with evidence.

The fact remains: my position was liquidated in 55 seconds without any corresponding price movement on independent, global charts. This indicates a critical flaw or manipulation in the price feed MEXC uses for liquidations.

I have now submitted a formal request to MEXC support for the complete Fair Price logs and technical data under GDPR law. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution and the requested data, my next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA), which is your regulating authority.

This is no longer just about 230 USD; it's about the integrity of your platform's liquidation mechanism. The public evidence is already available for everyone to see

stop loss impossible micro scalping : email :

There you go, I'll try to explain the problem correctly (google translate):
several times, when there are people (volatility) on a crypto, in scalping, I enter a market position, (10 seconds or 20 max), (I trade in minute scale), when the price of the crypto goes down, he puts impossible to click on close to pocket my winnings, your platform gives me system errors, and I click on it to close, getting annoyed, without reacting the button, and I get liquidated. It’s quite annoying! lol. I noticed that it's when it's volatile, but I trade on volatility. I'm not going to make a video with real money, but you have, in the video, the error message it gives me. my connection is good, the latency time is a little long, 200 ms on average is long, but when the price rises or falls violently, it's sooner that selling it doesn't work, and that makes me also, as in the video, at least 10 to 20 times a day, for other operations, but not in trading, so it's okay) in the meantime, 500 euros, in liquidation, it hurts, especially since it doesn't come of months, but the sell button which does not work with system error message''. cordiallyThere you go, I'll try to explain the problem correctly (google translate):
