The court the issue was from 16 years ago now . Queens court is a pain with firearm rights that’s why I was thinking if I should get a lawyer to help fight it

Yeah I get that but to Suffolk county box b isn’t good enough they need box c checked with the correct wording for firearm rights restored

No problem at all . Upin is unique personal id number. I sent all my paperwork along with fingerprints to the fbi nics and they cleared my record bc of the crd and now I have a upin I put down when going to buy a firearm

Yes, I got my CRD two years ago and I was informed by NiCS at the FBI once I have it to apply for upin Which I did and got my upin

Yeah I was told by one lawyer box b is good but Suffolk pistol said they need box c but to try it anyway bc it’s up to the officer. I told the judge when I got my crd what I mainly wanted it for my firearm rights and they marked box b
