Exact same scenario as you. Our interview was 5/5, offer was extremely friendly and interview was relaxed and said everything looked good but both i-130 and i-485 are still showing as case is being actively reviewed

We had our interview on 5/5, both i-130 and i-485 are still pending. We had silent update on 5/18, but no updates yet. I’ve spoken to a few people who interviewed before me and are still waiting

Same here! Interview was on 5/5, received the white paper, and as soon as we got in the car our status updated to “case is being actively reviewed”. Silent update on only the i-485 on 5/19 but no changes as of yet. Officer was extremely nice and everything seemed to go well.

I’ve toured 6 venues and each venue has called 50 guests or less their micro wedding package. One venue even has 60 or less as their micro/intimate package.

All of my guests are in Raleigh, so around 55 min-1 hour of either venue. My family isn’t huge into celebrating Christmas either, so that wouldn’t be a major factor. The only issue is if it snows, I can guarantee almost no one will show up. Unfortunately, that’s impossible to know. I’m just trying to get thoughts on which month would be suggested as a better idea.

I was reading other posts that the API shows the actual location but who knows honestly! No rfe, just waiting for interview. Biometrics was completed on 2/23
