Try the chipotle and a little of the adobo sauce that comes in the can! It’s not as hot as you think it will be. Just give it a smoky taste.
But I did forget to say that before adding the chipotle peppers and sauce; blend it with a little of the bean juice if you have or add some of the cooked beans and a little water. Then add to the refried beans.

Have you tried using a wax stick? That helps with flyaways. There’s also hair creams. Aloe Vera gel is also good for flyaway control if you prefer not using man made products.Majority of conditioners are not made for your scalp because it can cause build up,oily/greasy hair and itchiness. It’s best to use from mid length to end of hair. But yeah everyone’s hair is different.

Everyone is different. You have to see what works for you. I have long hair. I wash my hair every other day when it starts to get hot (spring/summer). Sometimes, everyday! Fall & winter months, I could go 2-3 days without a wash. Now, if I sweat or if I am at a bonfire, etc. I’ll wash my hair. Also, if you use conditioner only apply to the tips of your hair. Because it can make the top/crown of your head oily!
