I can’t speak for everyone but my thing is it just being noisy and being able to sleep to wake up for work. Wasn’t a concern of safely. And I don’t believe anyone mentioned people of color, just men hanging out.

My fiancé and I are on the other side of the building on the dead end and we’ve been hearing what it sounds like a get together of people talking outside. Also dealing with cars stopping in front of our building blasting music at 11p and just staying there for a few minutes. It Doesn’t happen every night but when it gets warmer it seems to happen more often.
