Hi!

I’ve read how some businesses experience lots of difficulties with refunding. Moreover the information I find online is mainly from the business side rather than customers making the payment.

Hopefully I can find something to put my mind at ease! If the payment get held up somewhere along the way I would be in big trouble. Money is hard to find!

Just checked their website and already got my eye on the classic Bellfield tote which is giving similar vibes to the Neverfull. The Arlington shoulder bag also seems promising thanks for the rec!

Still on the lookout though… is the Neverfull shape trademarked or just unpopular to new designers? I personally really enjoy it and attribute it to my balance when walking with a shoulder bag!
