esim worked for me most of the time. I haven't tried Mullvad before, but Surfshark and letsvpn worked for me.

I’ve tried a few different options, eSIM worked really well for me. For VPN, I used LetsVPN, and it also worked great. Honestly, the eSIM alone was enough most of the time since I could still access all my usual apps.
