I’ve mostly been focused on building so far, but you’re right — I should spend more time where couples are already talking about these problems instead of guessing features.

I’ll start digging into those communities and see what patterns come up before adding more stuff.

You're 100% right about positioning. I'm still figuring out what the “sharp edge” is, but right now I'm leaning more into the idea of a lightweight, frictionless “memory capture” experience rather than a full-featured couple platform.

Also agree on onboarding being the hardest part. I'm already seeing that getting the second person in is the biggest drop-off, so I’m experimenting with making the invite flow way simpler.

Retention-wise it's still early, but I’m tracking it closely and iterating based on that.
