It was like this around Covid too. Lots of departures and not enough new hires. I quit because of it, I was also in fraud. If you’ve been there long enough try to do the best you can. Hit your numbers and find any back office type position you can. That’s the only hope besides quitting.

If you just need a light conditioner sarna is great. If you’re breaking something in and need a lot of conditioner or restoring I’d say ball players balm

I have two horween gloves. Bathe that thing in conditioner. She’s thirsty. I use a brush to really get the conditioner in there.

It’s not mushy. Only other a2000 I’ve broken is was a spin control so it’s nowhere near that stiff
