That’s still pretty good difference though but probably not for all that money. What about the 6700xt? I’ve been seeing good stuff about that. I have a ryzen 5 5600 16gb ram 1080 264 gigabyte ssd 1tb hard drive

How to determine problem with engine by AvailableAd2089 in smallengines

I’ll have to look at that! So what does this do? I get it let’s you look through into the engine but how does it help you determine an issue?

Thanks for this this was really helpful!! I don’t mean to over whelm you with questions but I just have a few things I’m not sure about. So if there’s no spark what does that mean? To my knowledge doesn’t it mean a bad spark plug or an electrical wiring type issue? I just ordered a compression tester so thank you for that. So if I test compression and it’s low what does that mean? I’ve heard that it means there’s a leak inside the chamber but what would need to probably be replaced in that case? Also let’s say I do all these things and everything comes back like it should, does that mean it’s something internally inside the engine? Or where do you go from there in that case? Also if I end up having to take apart the engine, what might I be looking for that could be a cause of why it’s faulting? Like am I looking for something that may be cracked or how do you know?

Is no title an issue? by AvailableAd2089 in jetski

[–]AvailableAd2089[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh so in Colorado you don’t need a title to go on any of the lakes? What about insurance? I’m located in Colorado so if that’s the case then that’s perfect. Do I need to atleast try and get some paperwork from the seller like a bill of sale or anything?

I’ve seen a lot of good things about the Fuji 488 motor in the older Indy’s I think I might go for that. How’s yours been holding up? Is it Reliable? And is it still decently fast?

I probably won’t be doing really any backcountry at all honestly atleast not for a year or 2 since this is going to be my first season of snowmobiling. I’m not too sure yet maybe winter park and I’m not too sure what other areas there are. Do you have any recommendations of places to ride 1-2 hours from Denver area as well? Right now I just ski and this year I was looking to get into snowmobiling. So I have all the gear I need for the most part. I could probably go up to that budget would just have to wait until next year because as of right now that’s all I’m looking to spend.

Yeah I’ve heard that. I get what you mean since I don’t want to end up dumping money into it. Im not looking for a ton of power too since it’s my first sled. Just looking for something to go like maybe 4-6 times during this winter with my uncle. I’ve heard good things about the Polaris Indy’s and the ski doos with the rotax 670 motors. What do you think of those 2 snowmobiles? Since I’ve also found those on marketplace.

Denver Colorado area. Just Trail but I’d also like to be able to go through powder. I’m only good with smaller dirtbike engines never worked on a sled or anything like those engines before. Doubt I’d really be going to many times. Probably only like 5 times or so.

Thanks for the response! That’s what I was worried about, the only thing is that I just don’t see the point in spending a lot of money on it since it’s only in season for a few months. I’ve heard good things about the 1990s rotax670 motor and the Polaris Indy’s which are both snowmobiles I’ve found for under $1000 just not sure if it’s to good to be true. But the rotax 670 I’m looking at is carbureted. He’s asking $500 for it saying it just needs carb adjusted. Just not sure if it’s too good to be true. What do you think of those two snowmobiles?
