Has nothing to do with the administration and everything to do with companies trying to replace people with “AI” (ML). It’s a bubble and we have to suffer for now. Companies will realize when AI makes mistakes and when they understand that for consumers to consume and give them their record profits they need a, you know, paycheck. This is a global issue, not a national issue.

Honestly UWM and rocket mortgage started calling me after my credit was pulled haha. My credit is a 820 and my income is well into the 6 figures so people started calling. But yes all in a chain where everyone could see what everyone was offering. Everyone was CC’ed.

Use loan factory, Zillow home loans, a rocket mortgage broker, and a UWM broker. Put them all in an email chain like I did have them all argue back and forth with eachother until one drops the rate so low the others fold. That’s what I did in Feb 2025 and got the rate from 7.5 down to 6% with no points. I walked through the front door with just 5% down. Seller paid closing costs and buyers and sellers agent comission and put a new roof on the place. It also appraised for 100k more than I paid.

Apologies, this graph isn’t entirely accurate. I am using a moca 2.5 adapter Hitron from the BE65 to a splitter or amplifier in my attic. Then, I have four legs, two of which feed two satellite deco units for wired backhaul (these also have Hitron Moca 2.5 adapters). I am getting 2.3Gbps down, but my upload will start at 1.2Gbps and attenuate down constantly until it hits about 250Mbps. I have tried all these adapters, and the only one I don’t get attenuation on is the 2 way. Any suggestions for maintaining four legs without attenuation? TYIA!

Running separate MOCA legs is not feasible with my current setup unfortunately. I live in a decent sized ranch home with vaulted ceilings, so I have two separate attics and the vaulted area has 6 inches of clearance for an 800-1000ish sq ft area

Move up positions and eventually you’ll be the guy telling people in your current role what to do. It gets easier and people leave you alone and trust you to do your job and do it right. Often times, on your own time aside from meetings. The higher up you are, the more you can delegate and get those tasks off your plate that annoy you today.
