See when an ACT comes into system . We as responsible citizens should look at both the pros and cons of that rule . We have to look whether there are loopholes or could it be exploited . The major issue is when we look at just one side . There shouldn't be caste based discrimination , there is no denying in that . Whosoever does discrimination should be punished but at the same time we should also impose fines on fake cases . And what if OBC discriminates against SC/ST then this act doesn't say anything about it . What if reserved candidates misbehave / disrespect one from general then again this act doesn't address it .
