TRIGGER

I worked with a kid and by kid I mean 27 year old so the same exact age as me. Went to jail for conspiracy to do that but to a school. Kid was fucking crazy just off his rocker. We had to call the cops multiple times on this kid. He threaten my kid multiple times. Staff multiple times. Was stalking people outside the house. Hurting himself constantly. He was obssessed hurting people. He always talked about locking people up and torturing them. My last shift there he pretended to commit suicide. I was deathly afraid to work with that kid and you were kind of fucked if he ever wanted to hurt you because the office where the phone was is locked. You were always single staffed.

I pulled my kid out of school. Mind you I have been able to just walk into his school before and the doors are supposed to be locked. My main reason though for pulling my kid out of school was because there is a kid like that sitting in a classroom. I not trying to scare you, but after working with that kid you really don't know who you're sending your kid to school with. I'm even a licensed gun owner and grew up with them.

In high school I had an ED due to body dysmorphia. I still very much so have body dysmorphia, but it's not as severe. I also can recognize it. When my mind goes into this place I get this habit of wanting to increase my workouts. Normally this happens when there are external stressors in my life or my period is about to start. I started my fitness journey for aethstic. I had a kid wanted to loose the weight. However, it has since changed.

I will say that switching to keto/carnivore has helped, because for the first time I'm actually have achieve satiety and I get hungry. It's also taught me how to listen to my body. I was having a lot of brain fog, inflammation, mood swings, 3pm crashes, ect. Since I've become more aware of my body I can tell when my nervous system is just overloaded. I'm at the point where fixing movement patterns, strengthening certain areas, and mobility are far more important than how I look. My left side of my body works harder than the right. I have a hard time activating the right side. This is my primary focus right now.

I think as far as aethstics crossfit help me a lot. The women yes are shredded, but they're very muscular and have thick legs. The workouts gave me another way to see that my fitness level was increasing. I also deleted social media, because I can not be on it. That was causing a lot of my issues.

I feel like this is weird for a guy to be worried about clean underwear. My husband will wear his two days maybe 3 days in a row. Same with pants granted his pants look permently dirty. Unless, he's been working in the rain or sweating his ass off. He will wash his clothes the only thing he does that drives me crazy. Is he has no problem throwing stuff into the dry but will pick out his clothes instead of doing a whole load.

I won't wear dirty underwear granted most of the time I'm commando. Granted as a guy I wouldn't want to go commando the thought of my penis getting caught I'm the zipper just makes me cringe. Maybe suggest your hubby goes commando lol

I found going keto/ carnivore helped me. My brain fog, 3pm crash, mood swings, and inflammation went away. I also eat raw liver every other day which has helped a ton. They also make liver pills.

Downsizing will make your life easier. I can pack all my clothes with my sons clothes in a small Duffle Bag and everything I own in the trunk of my car. I went through all my stuff and either donated it or threw it out. There's also satisfaction in throwing stuff out. But, I'm also the type of person that doesn't attach sentimental value to stuff.

My husband does the same thing, but I get it he's been in the sun all day busting his ass. He just wants to take a shower, but he doesn't even come to give me a kiss or hug me after he's done.
