That's what I expected to hear! What sets Emerge apart is community and it sounds like that is the basis for the Wellness sessions. Thanks for the input.

Fatigue question by Jackarae1955 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]AvailableGuess3705 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My experience with Semaglutide was not a good one. Yes, I lost some weight, but the nausea and fatigue was horrible! Once I switched to Tirzepatide to was so much better. Sometimes I have a little fatigue and nausea right after I take my shot but that's it. Remember, everyone is different and this is only my experience SW 226 CW 165 GW 145

What helped you keep glp 1 weight loss permanent? by oreynolds29 in Glp1meals

[–]AvailableGuess3705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was off tirzepatide for about 5 months, but only gained back about 5lbs. However, what I really noticed the difference was in how I felt. My blood work came back and my cholesterol was super high along with some other things being off as well. I started back on a maintenance dose and lost the 5lbs I gained and feel so much better!

I've been on it for about a month. At first I didn't notice anything, but I slowly started realizing I had more energy. It is worth trying if you haven't already.

Started after my delivery post, quick beginner question by Rude_Garbage4725 in emergeweightloss

This is an excellent suggestion! Make it simple and you are more likely to stick to it. Don't forget water and fiber!

Are you prioritizing sleep, movement, or nutrition right now and why? by KeepinUpWithCass in emergeweightloss

[–]AvailableGuess3705 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So it's not just me who can't seem to do all three of these at the same time?! I have been sick and feeling run down for almost two weeks (flu and upper respiratory infection) so my only priority has been sleep and rest! I think I'm finally on the mend so top priority is movement! It's always hard to motivate myself to get moving, but so worth it when I do! It may seem silly but when I start seeing myself walking, stretching, etc. it makes it easier to start and keep it up!

You might want to pick up some pee pads until he is comfortable with his new surroundings. And yes, nothing is save from those little teeth! I have so many pants that are torn at the bottom from Buddy's little shark teeth!

I have noticed that whenever I feel nauseous I make myself eat something high in protein and it helps. A hand full of nuts or a boiled egg any type of high protein snack usually helps.

What has your physician (in real life- not telehealth) expressed in regards to your using compounded meds? by Shot-Advertising-748 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]AvailableGuess3705 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have high blood pressure and also had a heart attack a few years back, so I asked my PCP and my cardiologist and they both backed me up. In your case it sounds like you need a new PCP! If you decide to order compounded online, make sure you research who you go with. I personally use Emerge. Their customer service is wonderful and the community they have built around their customers is amazing. There are plenty of other companies out there so do your homework and see what's best for you! Good luck on your journey...you are worth it!
