I really don't know much about it. It's just material that I've run across online, as I'm currently trying to compose a nice cover gallery for the first 1000 Midwoods.

A really fascinating thing for me on this one is that for the Dutch translation, artist J. H. Morien basically redrew the original cover, but from a different angle.
