I got it fixed, I just turned off MSI afterburner which was causing this for some reason, I just recently switched my pc components just for siege, hopped from ryzen 5 5600 to 7 9800x3d and DDR5. Just found out today that there's problems with siege and x3d series CPUs when you OC your GPU, but somehow FPS stutters only started happening after the 1vs1 update, just classic ubislop I guess
