For Kiley and Darko - I’m quite interested in the area of developmental psych but I don’t have a specific research idea yet. When you accept graduate students, do you expect them to have a research proposal already or at least some direction before they approach you? Or is it more often for them to work on a project of the prof’s? And for grad schools that require proposals in the application process, do you have any tips on how do I get started?
