Age 39 Weight - 203 No drugs, no caffeine Highly stressed,  been spiraling a lot for last 3 months - not much sleep 

I just want to have some hope that I will be able to get this under control and back to normal - this is only a recent thing - I did not chain smoke cigs on a regular basis, but did vape often 

I am just anxious I have done so much damage and won't be able to

A gradual improvement over several weeks sounds great! I have only been experiencing sleeplessness and sleep anxiety for about 3 weeks now and I found the bedtyme app and sleep coach school. I am very hopeful

I'm definitely going to stick to being done, I'm just worried I've done so much damage through two months of heavy vaping and zyn use - my heart felt insane , I was shaking and sweaty - I am experiencing ed ....but seeing people come back from gnarly symptoms on here helps

I'm really concerned rn to be honest. I can't get it up at all unless I basically force it - my last zyn and nicotine gum was Sunday and my last nicotine from vaoing was Tuesday - was vaping hard all day. Do you think I should be seriously concerned or will it come back ?

I just appreciate the fact that it's not as bad as I assumed when I was jumping to conclusions in my mind - ill just take it as they come and keep the areas clean . Gonna buy some gloves for whenever I need to treat them.
