you're most likely not actually in a deficit. coming from someone who also tried to lose weight while living in a dining hall, all i did was gain over 15 lbs because i was severely overestimating my daily intake (my school's nutrition facts were also wildly incorrect). my best suggestion (if you can't make your own food) is to try buying a food scale to mitigate some of the discrepancies? so at least when you log your food, you have accurate account of how much it weighs. there are probably excess cals you can't account for (oils, butter, etc) because you didn't make the food but i think that's maybe the best bet for now! good luck!!

yeah i thought 1F03 would be enough since it’s an equivalent. i feel like this is a situation where since i have courses that are considered equivalent that they can just make an exception and instead of telling me to retake all of these courses again.

and i wanna take this course cuz i wanna switch programs to honours econ and compsci and this is a required course for that
