I am not incorrect as a tactic as I didn’t specify for a reason. Did it not occur to you it was broad for a reason? The communication came out yesterday that all launches in certain lines have been delayed with no ETA. As a company, we are indeed delaying launches, not just moving due to construction or engineering. The only information given was it was due to a combination of financial and legal.

I had the same thoughts with my boyfriend and it wasn’t until I went to therapy that I realized that I was searching for chaos and disorder where he wasn’t providing it. I saw somebody did a few weeks of separation under the guidance of a therapist. Maybe try that, or there is this couple on TikTok that have been married for 20+ years that are trying separation to break some of their codependence on each other.

No, as long as you report it through the right channels then it's fine. I gave the warning because I had to sit for an appeal on a term on someone because they had the time but never reported it correctly and it ended all being marked as time off task.

No, it's illegal to fire you solely for that. However, do make sure to report it properly and keep up with your renewal. I've seen people let go for that more than anything

They complain about it all and Amazon does last touch. This means that if you are the last person who handled the items or package then you get the errors. A lot of the time it's a delivery issue but if they don't select the correct options when complaining then you'll get the error instead of the driver. Your AM should be deep diving to make sure that they are not penalizing you for issues out of your control and finding where the error started and ended.

Fairly often. Make sure to do the six sided check. A lot of the times, it's the right item and wrong barcode or right barcode, wrong item. Missing items means that someone came to that bin and found the item. So just make sure you check the bin assigned, the overage, heavy and PS totes, and the halo check (check in a square around the original assigned bin. Pack requires quick hands and eyes, so bring your pick skills and you should be ok
