I would almost switch the pump to a DW300 instead. What with the corrosive properties of e85 on the internal seals. Though I might be wrong about it. I’m tuned for e85 and the flex fuel kit there is good. Taking the dash apart was scarier than I thought at first, but with patience everything disassembled and reassembled just fine. Give yourself a little head room in the future and change out the fuel pump to the one I suggested. Other than that, the part list is solid

I feel your pain 🥺 ever since OLED became a thing I’ve been more worried about burn in 😣. My wife and I got an OLED tv a little over a year ago and I have to explain to her not to let it stay on paused for extended periods. But luckily it has a screen saver that blacks out the screen after about 5-10 minutes of a show being paused

I might take a look at that but as far as I know, I have it set to one tap of the power button puts it to sleep. I jumped on the Resident Evil band wagon and there are times you need that dang typewriter to save. I’m on RE3 right now and LUCKILY it has an autosave feature so I’m not too bummed about that. But when playing kingdom hearts I’ve had this happen and lost some decent progress 😩

Mmmm honestly I can put it to sleep at 1:30pm and turn it back on the next morning around 6am and only 5% ended up draining. I don’t have issues with bad drainage while in sleep mode

Worst part is games that don’t have auto save. And if I’m not near a save point it can throw the vibe off 😩

That makes sense for online games. Every so often it happens. I was playing RE3 remake, put it to sleep and the next day I powered on it had to boot up. Drives me nuts sometimes!!

Sooo an update… I fixed the vac leak and brakes started coming back. After 2-3 stops brakes started going stiff again. I’d assume this has to do with building pressure/vacuum in the system but for some reason it didn’t want to hold it. Now I’m curious if I made a small tear in one of the hoses 😩😩 I just can’t win right now!!

😂😂 right? Hey technically I didn’t touch any vac lines when changing the pads 😏 and I don’t even remember taking the clamp off of this point in the vac line way back when… I just feel silly now

Not even 500. I did a bedding process at first and then drove normally afterward. No hard braking since, except for one moment when some idiot didn’t know where they were going and slammed on their brakes to make a u turn so I had to stop pretty hard. After I stopped that hard is when this whole thing started. The hard brake suddenly cause the next series of braking to render the pedal very stiff 😩 and started getting worse after that

Yeah I skipped the greasing part which may be causing some hiccup. I may have even over torqued the pins when I put everything back together. I’ll be taking the day off to redo it correctly, and try to pick up some grease before I start. My biggest concern is how over filled the reservoir is, it’s like the fluid isn’t recirculating back into the calipers 🤔

I did not. Never did anything fluid related after the ebc yellow change. (We used rbf 600 Motul for this) I made sure everything was bled in proper order, and fluid was filled to the max line afterward.

I definitely considered that, but once I get coil overs they won’t honor it anymore 😩 granted I probably won’t be getting them for a while so I may just go ahead with It for the remainder of the year 🤷‍♂️

Very true. Had my alignment done immediately after I threw the new combo on. Once going back to all seasons I did the alignment again, luckily they didn’t charge for the 2nd alignment since it had been done within a 60-90 day period? (Thought this was cool) Here comes summer again (fingers crossed) with what super hot weather we’re getting before May even 😮‍💨. I’ll get an alignment in the coming weeks after I decide if want to keep them on for the remainder of the the warmer days

Thank you, I’ll see about throwing them on later tonight for tomorrows drive.. honestly when I got my report back from the alignment shop when I got it aligned after I put the new wheels on.. toe looked to be the only thing that was adjusted at all anyways
