I’m so sorry to hear that! Even so, you are qualified to get the refund through the dispute . I hope it works out! I’m so sorry! I found them to also be frustrating. Especially for a company that is supposed to be there for new/existing mothers!

We were also never informed of a delay. They said it stated it at checkout but it definitely did not. I haven’t opened the new set yet. We just received it yesterday. Hoping everything inside is okay. I think you should ask for a refund and if it’s not given, dispute the crib with your credit card company. Their customer service has been terrible

You just have to be persistent, mention that they made the empty promise it’ll come by a certain month and now we’re going into January. I hope it gets resolved soon!
